Coffee Morning at The Rubens Hotel. Cost £3.50 Subject to numbers attending, this will be followed by an informal outing organised by our Greater London Branch.

A visit to The Victoria and Albert Museum, organised by VL Westminster Branch. All VL Members welcome. Admission free. Meet in the Café at 11.00am. LU South Kensington.

Buffet Luncheon at The New Cavendish Club. For VL Members and guests. An informal occasion with Lunch and Wine. Cost: £28 per head.

Commonwealth Day Observance
This multi-faith Observance will be held in Westminster Abbey in the presence of Her Majesty The Queen and H.RH. The Duke of Edinburgh. The theme of The Observance in 2008 is 'The Environment – Our Future'. Following The Observance, The Victoria League Commonwealth Day Tea will be held at The Rubens Hotel. Cost: £13. Please book early.

Oxford and Cambridge Boat Race The Cruiser 'Sucrita' will depart from Festival Pier to a mooring near the finishing line of the race at Mortlake. Disembarkation at Kew. Buffet Luncheon, Cash Bar and TV. Cost: £25 per head. Please book as early as possible if you are interested in this event - a limited number of tickets will be available.
