Unique, friendly and affordable accommodation in central London.
We are pleased to offer self-catering student accommodation at our stunning Victorian residential premises in Bayswater. Owned by the League and run on a not-for-profit basis, it is clean and well maintained ‘home away from home’ for students. With affordable rates, it’s a safe place for young people to stay, meet new friends and attend a calendar of special student events.
The accommodation is self-catering, and the weekly charge includes use of all facilities and on-site equipment (except the laundry room facilities which are coin operated).

2 twin rooms in the basement — available for short stay visitors
All bedrooms are fitted with vanity units, wireless internet, desks, fridges and bed linen is supplied. On each floor there are fully equipped kitchens with lockers for individual storage. There are also multiple bathrooms and shower rooms on each floor as well as on the basement level.There’s plenty of room to relax and socialise, with two lounge rooms that overlook the gorgeous communal gardens. With a terrace area, perfect for a summer time barbecues, one of the rooms also has a grand piano. In the basement there is a music practice room with stands, TV room, recreation room and laundry. Please note there is a strict ‘No Smoking’ policy throughout the house.
Great location with London on your doorstep
Situated in central London in the Bayswater area, the house is in a quiet square, handy to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. Perfect to access all London universities and colleges, there are three tube stations (Bayswater, Queensway and Notting Hill Gate) and ten bus routes within a short walk. Also nearby is a huge choice of shops, pubs, restaurants and cinema — ideal for student life.
How to qualify for residency
The accommodation is available to international, full time students aged 18-30, who are from a Commonwealth (or former) country. Students must take out a student membership of The Victoria League.
