Applications for the next academic year are now open. All you need to do is to complete our application form - you will not be asked for a deposit until your room has been allocated. Please note, a long term stay requires a holding deposit of £500 per person.

In the 'Very Large Single with Kitchen' room the kitchen itself is a separate room separated by an internal door.

Please note that you are required to bring your own bedding. This can be purchased from UniKitOut who will deliver your items straight to the Student House. 

Short term stays will have bedding provided at the discretion of the House Manager.

Everything (gas, electric, WiFi etc) is included in the nightly rate. The only additional standard charges are for membership (£10 for one year) and £10 (per month) for use of the House washing machines. Laundry will be £15 per month from 1st September 2024.

The rent is collected on a monthly basis in advance. The bills are issued on the 1st working day of the month and payment is due by the 14th of the same month. 

If you wish to break your contract you must discuss this with the House Manager and give at least four week's notice.

We have very limited space for family and friends who may wish to visit (at the discretion of the House Manager) - please note any guests must pay to stay at the House and must be aged between 18 and 30 years old. 

You are not permitted to have guests stay overnight in your room at any time. Guests are welcome to the House from 09.00-22.00.
