Reflections from Former M&AO: Vincy After transitioning from my role as M&AO at the Victoria League, I joined the Indian School of Public Policy, New Delhi as an assistant professor in 2021. There, I developed and have been teaching a course on public policy communication. I also became the first Faculty-InCharge of ISPP's Case Study Centre, where I led the development of policy case studies to train students and civil servants. Additionally, I contributed to several projects as a Research Fellow. In 2024, I founded Vincoms Media, an initiative focused on designing and delivering workshops and resources on communication, critical thinking, and creativity. I am now nurturing this venture while balancing teaching and consulting projects. There's no place like VLS Home...err, House! Back in 2020, I stumbled upon VLSH by chance. Little did I know then that Doreen, Laura, my amazing housemates, and Darcey would inspire me to remain in London as the first wave of the Covid-19 pandemic swept through. Despite being mostly homebound during one of the craziest times of our lives, my memories of that period are incredibly fond. I owe this entirely to the warmth and kindness of the people I mentioned, the evening games, potluck parties, and the lovely neighbourhood where the House is located. To the current residents: I’m sure you’re doing great at school, but I hope you’re also making the most of interacting with students from all over the world at the House and organising as many fun joint events as you can. Living at VLSH is truly a one-of-a-kind experience. Sending lots of good wishes for the new year, all the way from India! Manage Cookie Preferences
